Recognize learning success
Following the success of last year’s format, the winners were announced during the week on Newbury College and UCN social media, along with videos and interviews with employers and apprentices, showing how they benefit from using learning to advance their businesses and careers.
Dr Jo Houghton, Director of Business and Partnerships, UCN and Newbury College, said:
“National Apprenticeship Week is a fantastic opportunity for us to recognize the hard work and commitment of our apprentices, employers and their support network, and to announce our annual winners.
“Learning plays a vital role in supporting the rebuilding of the economy and enables companies to recruit and develop staff with the practical skills and underlying knowledge that will ensure the sustainability of their businesses. Now more than ever, we want to highlight and help businesses and apprentices take advantage of apprenticeship programs. »
