Berkshire coronavirus cases increase by 218 in past 24 hours
There have been 218 other coronavirus cases identified in Berkshire in the past 24 hours.
The latest information made available by Public Health England shows that there are now 62,277 positive tests identified in the county since the start of the pandemic last year.
The biggest one-day peak across Berkshire in the past day was in Reading, where 70 more cases of the coronavirus were found until 9 a.m. today (July 5).

The second highest was in Windsor and Maidenhead, where another 50 cases have been identified.
The smallest increase was seen in West Berkshire where there were 32 more cases. There have now only been 7,051 cases of covid in the region since the start of the pandemic.
Although new cases are identified every day in the region, rates of coronavirus infection continue to decline in Bracknell Forest, Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham.
Nationwide, another 27,334 coronaviruses were recorded today, as Prime Minister Boris Johnson prepares to reveal next steps towards the new Freedom Day on July 19.
This means that there are now 4,930,534 infections across the UK to date.
Nine more people died within 28 days of receiving a positive coronavirus test, bringing the death toll to 128,231.
However, 45,351,719 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine have now been administered across the UK, with 33,726,362 people having received both vaccines.

- Reading: 270.1 (instead of 254.7 )
Windsor and Maidenhead: 137.4 (instead of 140.7)
Swamp: 121.7 (instead of 112.3)
Bracknell Forest: 128.9 (instead of 136.3)
Wokingham: 125.6 (instead of 131.5)
West Berkshire: 101.6 (instead of 83.9)
