Now the home builders have adjusted the plan, making minor changes to the layout to relocate the pumphouse, remove a substation, relocate visitor parking, and realign some of the plots.
When completed, the development will offer a mix of two, three, four and five bed homes, 14 of which will be affordable.
Van Kebab for Sandhurst Memorial Park (21/01170/FUL)
Mehmet Ilze, the owner of a kebab and burger van, has applied to move to Sandhurst Memorial Park.
If approved, the kebab van would be located in the car park, operating between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m., before the car park closes.
The van won’t be far from Bottom Meadow, which is the home of Sandhurst Town FC and the new home of Bracknell Town FC.
New location for large house pool in Binfield (21/01189/LB)
The owners of Binfield Lodge have requested changes to their outdoor swimming pool project.
The owners originally requested a pool with a stone tile finish, with the appearance of an ornamental reflecting pool rather than a brightly colored pool, in a plan approved in December 2011, courtesy 11/00863/LB.
Now the owners want to remove those tile finishes, make the pool retractable and adjust the location to be on the south lawn of Binfield Lodge.
The house is Grade II listed.
Adjustments to Traveler locations in Barkham (Wokingham app 220294)
Here claimants Mr and Mrs Price have made changes to an approved plan to create eight Gypsy and Traveler pitches within the space of three existing pitches at Honeysuckle Lodge in Barkham.
They were granted permission to proceed with the redevelopments, to create a total of eight pitches, in June 2021 under planning permit 203626.
Now they have made adjustments which involve changing the layout of the internal road and day rooms which are part of the current application.
