Finchwood Park: the next stage of the new Wokingham district approved and sold
The next phase of a 1500 home development in Finchwood Park has been approved with 3 further plots of land sold to a local homebuilder.
Cala Homes announced that phases 7, 8 and 9 of the project saw the construction of 135 homes by Barratt Homes.
This is a further step towards the main development which will include a neighborhood centre, primary school, 1500 houses, 29.7 acres of suitable alternative green space and a new road extension.

The development in Finchampstead is a 10 minute drive from Crowthorne and Wokingham making it the ideal area for commuters.
The development of these homes in southern Barratt counties will also expedite the delivery of new homes in this area.
