Flasher caught exposing his genitals to Marlow
A man who exposed his genitals to Marlow was entered on the sex offender registry but avoided going to jail.
Stephen Johnson, 59, of Meteor Close in Wokingham, exposed himself to a member of the public with the intention of raising alarm or distress in Marlow on June 25, 2020.
At a hearing in Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on November 30, Johnson pleaded guilty to one count and was convicted by magistrates.

The court heard how the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, felt intimidated by the act.
The offender initially denied the charges against him, but changed his mind and pleaded guilty before the magistrates.
Johnson was slapped with a community order, ordered to pay a fine of £ 405 and ordered to pay £ 215 in costs.
He was also on the sex offender registry for five years.
