The following non-jury trial took place on Thursday, February 3, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Sandra Davis, 54, 22 Atwood Street, No 3, Newburyport; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without result for six months, $250 Head Injury Fund; driving a motor vehicle with a suspended licence, continued without a finding for six months; a lane violation marked, liable, filed (Salisbury); assault and assault on a family/household member, continued without trial for six months, no violence against the victim (Rowley); driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without result for six months (Newburyport); assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct, both prosecuted without trial for six months; driving a motor vehicle with a suspended licence, licensed (Newbury); driving under the influence, continued without results for one year, comprehensive alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day license loss, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 Victim Witness Fund; assault and battery on a police officer, prosecuted without trial for one year, $200 in court costs; disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both prosecuted without trial for one year; open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, deposited (Rowley).

The following non-jury trials were held on Thursday, February 3, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Corey Basiliere, 29, 14 G St., No. 9, Hampton, NH; malicious destruction of property under $1,200, guilty, one year probation, isolated and no contact with victims; disturb the peace, dismissed (Amesbury).

Michaela Worrall, 23 61 8th Ave, Haverhill; malicious destruction of property under $1,200, continued without discovery for a year, removal and no contact with the victims; disturb the peace, dismissed (Amesbury).

Zachary Lafollette, 29, 9 Cormier Road, Merrimac; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, fine $625, VWF $50; a motor vehicle headlight violation, at-fault, $35 assessment; failure to notify Motor Vehicle Registry of change of name/address, liable, $35 assessment (Salisbury).

Addiel Reyes, 20, 28 Boston Road, Andover; possession of marijuana over one ounce, guilty, fine $500, VWF $50; speeding, not responsible; no seatbelt, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

John Darcangelo, 30, 1 Linda Lane, Salisbury; possession of a class A substance (subsequent offence), guilty, one year in prison, 77 days to serve, deemed served, suspended balance 18 months on probation, stay drug and alcohol free with random screens, enter and complete program Residential Treatment (Salisbury).

The following non-jury trials took place on Monday, February 7, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Matthew Smith, 44, 35 Munroe Street, Georgetown; driving under the influence, continued for one year with no results, comprehensive alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 YES fee, Victim Assistance Fund $50 YES, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim Witness Fund; speeding, not responsible; a lane violation marked, liable, filed (Rowley).

Timothy Mack, 41, 3 Sandpiper Road, Apt. A, Salisbury; driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without result for nine months, VWF$50; driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving a motor vehicle with suspended registration, both continued without result for nine months (West Newbury).

The following non-jury trial took place on Tuesday, February 8, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Steven Andrukaitis, 38, 21 Debbie Lane, Lawrence; possession of a class A substance (subsequent offence), admission of sufficient facts, six months in prison, 60 days to serve, deemed served, suspended pay one year while on probation, remaining drug and alcohol free with random screens , $50 VWF (And more); breach of harassment prevention order, admission of sufficient facts, same decision as Count 1 (Lawrence).
