Investigators seized firearms, cash and illegal and prescription drugs Nov. 19, the Elgin Ontario Provincial Police said Thursday.
A 37-year-old Newbury man is facing a series of charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking, involving substances such as cocaine and oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of a firearm, careless storage of a firearm and ammunition, and three counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited device, among others.
A 39-year-old man from Newbury is also charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking
Both men are scheduled to appear in court in St. Thomas at a later date.
